A Visit from the Tillmans

We had a great sail from Solomons to Mill Creek, expecting winds of 30 knots but seeing them only when we turned into the Great Wicomico. Tieing up to our dock, we noticed that the protection given by the land resulted in only 5 knots of wind. Mill Creek is a great haven.

We had arranged to meet up with Vickie and Len who had a meeting scheduled with their builder on Monday, so we enjoyed the weekend sampling the new restaurants in town (Car Wash Cafe and White Stone Wine and Cheese), you will need a car for these. Good food, but the White Stone joint actually served a salad sized fit for a beetle. Vickie and I hiked Hughlett Point Reserve while Peter and Len wasted money playing golf.
